Sorting line with slide open gate passages

The customer required a complete sorting line for cardboard packaging and electrical components. Our solution consists of several separate conveyor belts that are stacked into two floors of the sorting line. The total length of the conveyors is approximately 70 metres. The line is followed by a take-out conveyor and a final branching into two belt conveyors that also fill two cardboard waste containers.

There are several slide open gate passages in the line, one of which can be seen in the attached video. The interesting feature of this passage is its original design - the entire passage is driven by only one motor.
